Undeliverable Addresses/Packages:

Please also note we are not responsible for items marked as delivered by the post office tracking system. You need to contact your local post office to track down your package as soon as you realize it has been misdelivered. RETURNS: Returns requests are only accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
DIGI-DEALS offers a 30-day Money Back Guarantee; this means if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return the merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping. Only items sent back in original packaging may be eligible for a full refund. Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee may be applied. Please note that return shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, with the only exception being for DOA items or if an incorrect item was shipped in our error.
If your item is found to be DOA (Damaged On Arrival) or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, you may make a claim within 30 days from the invoice date. We will provide you with a return shipping address and/or RMA instructions. Please note all returns claimed to be DOA will be tested. If the customer originally paid for the return of an item that is truly defective, the seller will refund the cost of shipping up to .00.
